1Bedroom: Sleeps 2 Adults with 1 Child max on the sofa bed in the living room. For a 3rd adult then additional person fee applies: Age 13 and older is $50 + 19% per night per person. Please note that the 1 Bedroom with sofa bed is based on availability as not all 1 Bedroom have sofa bed.

Group Payment and Cancellation Policy:

A deposit equal to two nights plus tax is required at the time of booking.

Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.

Initial Two night deposit plus tax is non refundable.

There are no refunds for cancellations 45 days or fewer prior to arrival date

There are no refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, weather or any other acts of God.

Reservation modification are subject to approval and will attract a modification fee if modification is approved.
